I'm losing track of the days of the week here! Pretty sure it's Tuesday somewhere (possibly even here!) and even if it's not, it is definitely some point around the middle of the week. And with that in mind, it's time to tackle the one thing that's been lurking.

What's your goal for this week?

Tuesday again and time to tackle that something that's a pain, that's been lurking along with your guilty conscience, taunting you for way too long, but you know what? It's going to lose its power over you today, because you're going to stare it in the face and secretly plan and plot to knock it out of existence. Why do we need a plan you might ask? And the reason for the plan is you're going to stop it being too big and scary to think about tackling. Today, you're going to figure out how to break it down into bite-size pieces and you're going to start tackling those bite-size pieces today (or tomorrow depending when it fits because you are supreme ruler of your universe so things happen at your command).

The thing is you don't have to get it all done today, but as soon as you've tackled one bite-size chunk, you'll find its power over you, the fear it instills in you begins to diminish. Little by little you can win, so what will it be? How are you going to make a difference in your own life?
