How would you interpret this?

I live in my own little world. It's ok, they know me here.

Normally, the phrase would be "I live in my own little world. It's ok, they know me there". However, I think making it "they know me here" gives it a cool Twilight Zone twist. You've just suddenly found out that you're living in someone else's own little world.

On the other hand, that interpretation might be a little non-obvious for a button slogan.

To be honest, if I saw that on a button, I would assume that it was just a typo or that they meant the same thing as "there." But yes, it does give you fun things to think about. ;-)

I get it.

I wouldn't necessarily interpret it as placing me, the recipient of the phrase, as being in the same world as the speaker. I'd probably be more likely to hear "I'm speaking to you from my own little world. It's a fine place for me to be; I'm happy and safe."

"...here" does, however, differ from "they know me there" in that it places the speaker within their own world at the time of the speaking, rather than referring to same from the current, shared-with-the-listener world, that "there" implies.
