Circadian rhythm

I've fallen into a pattern of getting tired at five or six PM and conking out for hours-- this is not good with Arisia next weekend. Any suggestions for resetting to something a little closer to fannish normal?

I'm slowly getting over a really nasty cold or cold-like illness, and I think I may partly be tired from that. Really nasty = weeks of bad cough (slowly fading out now, but I've still got some of the muscle soreness from coughing), but I'm starting to get a runny nose and sneezing. Please God, no laryngitis at the convention.

I will come to your room every night at 5pm and stick you with one of your own pins, just to keep you awake.

BTW, I sent you mail asking if you wanted to borrow the breadmaker during the con a couple weeks ago, but I wasn't sure I had the right email. Do you? Supplies will be *easily* obtained.

I suspect I would either be trying to throw drugs at it (extra caffeine) or maybe setting an alarm for 7, grabbing a quick shower and food, and having evening socializing. I don't know if that would work for you, or whether having plans with specific people for slightly late meals would help (e.g., someone who will knock on your door at 7:20 and then go somewhere with you for food). I can't offer myself, because I won't be at the con.
