The phone, the phone, the goddamn phone

So my previous provider sent a Verizon guy out to check the outdoor phone box to find out why the phone doesn't ring when people call, and now I don't even have a dial tone. I wish I'd thought to check the phone before he left. I can't reach customer service until tomorrow morning.

if you have internet access you could try reporting the problem online to Verizon. At the following webpage
