Do at least 10 minutes of chi gung or somesuch after I wake up and before I get on the computer.

The interesting thing is that I'm actually doing it, and feel a strong impulse to do so. It's stronger than the impulse to get on the computer asap and see what's come in.

In short, it's a right-sized resolution.

Admittedly, it's early days yet, but I may well stay with this one.
