And my single issue is civil liberties.

This article has a handy listing of how most of the candidates running in Philadelphia stood on the Military Commisions Act.

They do fudge a little: they mention that Fitzpatrick (R) voted for the MCA, but leave out that Murphy (D) also voted for it.

Here in NJ I can vote for the Democratic incumbent, who supported the military commissions act, or the Republican challenger, whose web site seems to show that he will support the act if elected. No viable third party candidate either. Oy.
