Looking for Jan Baker of Brooklyn

I found a button I should have mailed them and it would be nice to find out whether the address is current before I do.

All I know is that Jan Baker was living in Brooklyn within the past 25 years, probably 5 to 10 years ago and went to a science fiction convention and ordered a button.
