Technically in Philly by about a half mile. Easily accessible from the R7 train or the 23 bus.

Since we're about a block from the 23 heading north (& 2 blocks from it heading south), that's probably the sensible way to go. I just had to check the schedule to make sure it was actually going there because it's currently detouring around a section of Germantown Ave that's under construction.

It goes there. The construction is well, "south," of Pastorius Park. Pastorius is two blocks, "west," of Germantown Avenue on Hartwell Lane. Look for Bredenbeck's bakery and ice cream on the left. It's right before Hartwell.
