What ten books do you own that you think no one else on your friends list does?
How Not to Make a Prize-Winning Quilt by Ami Simms
An account of impulsive but enthusiastic quilt-making. Also has a picture of a bathroom quilt with a shark fin sticking out of the bathtub.
Jewish Music by Abraham Z. Idelson
Bought it years ago meaning to check out the music. Still need to get to it.
Ceolta Gael by Sean Og O Baioll and Manus O Baioll
Have played the music-- it's good stuff
At the Speed of Life by Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks
Body-centered therapy. Has story of vision improvement as an incidental side-effect.
The Trick to Money Is Having Some! Stuart Wilde
Read but forgotten.
Warriors of Stillness by Jan Diepersloot
Somewhat advanced book on standing meditation. Have read it, but I actually use The Way of Energy by Lam Kam Chuen.
Bird Thou Never Wert by Bill Vaughan
Humor from 1940 - 60. Still funny.
The Dorbott of Vacuo by Patrick Woodroffe
Charming Illustrated nonsense story.
The Deaths of the Bravos by John Myers Mysers
Deductions about what happened in the Old West. Not yet read.
Lost Cavern by H.F. Heard
Read and liked, but most details forgotten.
