*sigh* Way to reinforce some really problematic behaviors. Yeah, it's cute at first, until it's a hand reaching for her that gets clawed. That level of aggression is really unusual in a kitten -- perhaps she was teased or abused before these people got her. How many times does the poor thing have to say Do Not Want?

Not to mention the mess. That stops being cute real fast. Next time, just try a dish, guys.

I'm sure you're right about reinforcing bad behaviors, but less sure than they were harassing the kitten. The attitude seemed to me to be "Must hunt! Must kill!". The kitten's tail wasn't even very fluffed out, and it was eating the food.
