Seriously, this is the most plausible CGI I've seen, though there may be an element of wishful thinking involved. I bet the cats come out of the bubbles already housebroken.
Strictly as an SF fan I'm still trying to figure out which would be easier:
A: Rigging a Transporter or micro-wormhole to coordinate with the expansion rate of the average soap bubble (which BTW must have immense tensile strength), OR
B: Breaking down the DNA structure of that bubble blower to see what he uses for controlled cross-species growth acceleration, whether that acceleration slows or stops at the desired kitten phase, where the frack he keeps the cat embrios, whether this was a pathological or hereditary condition and whether s/he is really a human male.
