I actually like several of them.

The edible Nativities give a new meaning to "Holy infant so tender and mild," though.

As a non-Christian, I don't find them generally offensive. Tacky, yes, some of them. But a lot of funny.

I wouldn't have posted it if there weren't Christians who said they thought it was funny. And really, the only reason there isn't kitch-out-of-control like that for smaller religions and non-religions is some combination of not enough people to get the weirdest tail of the bell curve, not enough people to be a market for the oddest mass-produced kitch, and lack of visual imagery.

I especially like the merpeople nativity-- beautiful craftsmanship.

The one with baby Jesus in a fishbowl is the most surreal.
