Citalopram (Celexa) and heat exhaustion

nancylebovCitalopram (Celexa) may increase the risk of heat exhaustion. The official lists of side effects mentions excessive sweating but not heat exhaustion, but it seems reasonable excessive sweating might cause people to misjudge how much they need to drink.
