Free baroque concert Saturday
May. 12th, 2006 10:18 amTempesta di Mare, a group that plays baroque music on baroque instruments, is doing a free concert Saturday 8PM at St. Mark's Church, 1625 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA.
The music is from Germany and Bohemia: Pisendel, Zelenka, Telemann, Haydn and Toeschi.
I'll be there--would anyone else like to join me? I've heard them once before, and it was delightful, especially the tympani.
(They'll be doing the same free concert at Lang Concert Hall, Swarthmore 8PM tonight.)
