If all the emphasis is on what's wrong with the US and the west, and oddly, there's nothing wrong with Russia, yes, it's propaganda.

I don't trust the Russian government (or, really, any government), but at least somebody's saying that.

Trump wants to get the US out of the middle east, too.

It's true that they aren't entirely wrong, and sometimes they point at real problems. The problem is a lack of evenhandedness.

Which is matched by Trump's lack of consistency between his words and actions. After killing Soleimani supposedly made things less dangerous, he sent 3,500 more troops to the Mideast.

It's not like the US wouldn't open up its own propaganda arm in Russia if it could get away with it. (Maybe we have, in fact.)
