Here's what Judy Gerjuoy has said about the website:

The site is down, I know that. There is,
alas, nothing I can do - the woman who took care of it for me is
not reachable - her work email bounces and the personal email
seems to be done through the server which hosted my web site,
which is also down.

I am in the process of getting a new domain name, and getting
*something* up.

This is public info - feel free to give it to whoever you wish.
