I'm especially fond of the lipid raft and of the mitochondria (mitochrondrium?). The Golgi apparatus would make a very nice designer lamp.

There've been a fair number of animated movies about insects-- I wonder how long till we get movies set in cells, no doubt with wise-cracking organelles so that we can be reassured that our innards are just like us.

That sounds like it was set between cells rather than inside a cell.
