South Korea sends helium balloons with news of revolts into North Korea

State censorship won't keep North Koreans from learning about the civil resistance in North Africa and the Middle East. Thousands of helium balloons will be soon released over the Korean border with information about the uprisings that toppled the Tunisian and Egyptian governments.

If they don't include information about Libya, too, this doesn't seem entirely honest. There are some cell phones in North Korea, but this doesn't sound like enough. On the other hand, the government there might be pretty brittle. Interesting times.
