In my opinion, no. Spamhaus is good at what it does, which is blocking entire sources of email. It occasionally gets false positives when an IP address gets reported as a source of spam. Usually, these false positives are automatically removed in 24 hours.
But the basic nature of Spamhaus is that they make decisions based on the IP address of the sender, not based on the content. If avoiding false positives is paramount, don't use Spamhaus.
I speak as a big fan of Spamhaus; I've used it for years on a mail server serving librarians in a dozen counties. It's just not what you're looking for.
