There's a video showing how they constructed the realistic baby cake. Could *you* eat a cake that looked exactly like a baby?

Disturbing, highly disturbing. Rather too disturbing for me to find funny, anyway.

I would not have believed that "professional" cake decorators could perpetrate such horrors. Until now.
