This is one of the happiest silly videos ever. (Of course, I'm interested in other nominees for happiest silly video.)

He's not an expert dancer, and the special effects aren't exactly smooth. It's all in the voice, the smile, the good cheer, and the giddy story line.

Reminds me in an odd way of this election campaign. Thumbs up, thumbs down, they're all basically alike despite outward differences, and lots of da-da-dah. There are even revolving fans in the background for when the you-know-what hits.
