LJ: Can I get my blue stripe back?

Until recently, there was a narrow blue stripe at the top of my posting screen. If I put my cursor on it, there was a handy set of html tags that I could put into my post. It was fast, and it prevented html typos. I was very fond of it, even though I couldn't find a way to add a blockquote tag.
Now it's gone, and there's a richtext option which is very slow and clunky.

Date: 2009-02-02 11:14 pm (UTC)I still have my blue stripe.
When I click "Home" and then "Account" it takes me to:
http://www.livejournal.com/manage/horizon.bml
Where there is a few text menus, the right most one is "Site" and the bottom choice is "Navigation Strip".
When I click on that link it tells me "You are currently using S1, which is our older and deprecated style system. We recommend that you switch to S2 to take advantage of new features not supported in S1."
And has buttons for yes and no. I'd speculate that maybe you somehow got upgraded to S2 maybe, but I'm not going to upgrade just to find out. Even if all the cool kids are doing it.
You might also look at the "Viewing Options" link two lines above "Navigation Strip".
