Ex-Bristol-Myers Executive Sentenced to Write Book

What provisions, if any, will there be to make sure he doesn't get a ghost writer?

And whose punishment is it to have to read it?

Honestly, as I read it, I don't think that getting a ghost writer would be cheating. The point is for him to get "what he did" out into the public sphere where people can see it, as a warning. If he writes it or if he has it written, it should have the same effect.

What if it's a bestseller?

Oh, how horrible! He'll be forced to go on that grueling talk-show circuit and be on camera for at least a week! Then he'll be written up in those awful news articles. And then, he might even sell some copies. What torture! What's the name of that judge again? Maybe we can make a deal.

I would much prefer if he had to subsidize all the customers who can't get the generic now; that medication is one of the costlier ones in its treatment class, and the number of old people who are hitting their coverage limit for the year NOW because they're on that medication is staggering.
