I'm not sure if it will work, anyway - I could see it being viewed as another South Korea attempt at corruption. For that idea to work, you'd need a critical mass of people who are discontented with the government and only need to be convinced that a revolution can succeed, and while of course it's impossible to really know, the few indiciations I've seen (like that French journalist who went there) don't seem to show it.

Maybe I'm wrong, though. THat would be nice.

From what I've heard, there are more North Koreans who are disgusted with their government than there used to be-- there was resistance to a change in the currency which would have wiped out people's savings.

As you say, these things are very hard to predict. No one (afaik, including the Egyptians) knew that country was ready for a revolution.
