In As Good as it Gets Jack Nicholson said “I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability” when he writes about women. When I play “the game” I simply remove all reason and accountability, and I start doing verbal “mash ups” without any coherency, and I feel like a kid in a candy store!

Hey, I'm low on spoons and spare tact, so please just take this as a concerned friend yelling "NOOOOOOO!!!!!" and launching themselves across the room in a full body tackle to knock you out of the path of the speeding bullet.

I don't think you mean to be endorsing what this says, and perhaps have had a momentary lapse in parsing? That is, in the past, you have not given me reason to believe you endorse the sort of attitudes or beliefs or notion of acceptable discourse this represents, so perhaps it was that you didn't pick up on those parts of the passage you quote?

This passage is about mocking and disparaging one's political enemies as "just like people, only stupid". The amount of wrong packed into this small package here is... rather a lot.

So we've got a guy here who's all "scientific & operationally materialist" and clearly in love with his his idea of his own intellect, but who (1) writes a nearly two-thousand word rant in which he claims that the perception that racism exists is equivalent to creationism, and yet (2) for all his vaunted intelligence, he can't quite figure out how to mark up paragraphs in a blog post.

On the other hand, he did at least figure out the BLOCKQUOTE tag. A lot of people never get that far.
