nancylebovI'm gonna answer those comments to my previous bit about Liberalism and Despair as soon as I figure out what I want to say, but meanwhile....
Afaik, the usual notion of survivalism is to find somewhere remote and hide out. I'm not sure that's the best bet, especially when you can't hide your infrared trace unless you're living in a cave.
So how about a nice modern approach? Acquire skills and contacts which mean you've got a chance of a welcome in several civilized countries.
