I've been wishing for years that celebrities would finance a sleazy rag about gossip columnists, paparazzi, and everyone who employs them. Those folks think they're private people...well, not for long.
Second thought: The stars shouldn't try to get their rag onto the stands. They should "secretly" circulate it among themselves so that it looks like news.
Here's something I wanted to say at Shakesville, but the registration process didn't believe I'd entered a name: You don't *have* to read gossip mags. I strongly recommend carrying a book you're interested in. A lot of the time, I regret it if I pretend I'm an adult and go out of the house without a book.
Honestly, I didn't know about all that speculation about whether stars are pregnant until I'd read the Shakesville piece.
