OK, use facts. You can prove anything that's even remotely true if you use facts.

I think this stands on its own, but there's supposed to be a Bollywood musical version of Fight Club.

NOT IN MY NAME
Generally about the War in Iraq, but it could be one of those Rorschach slogans

To a computer user, "No" means "Maybe it'll work if I try it again".

You see the look on my face and yet you keep talking to me

Bad deity, bad! No apocalypse!

BAKA
This means idiot. I don't know why anime fans like it.

Being brutally assaulted by real life. Please call back later.

Do not awaken the ancient evil, YOU MORON!

JUST VISITING THIS UNIVERSE....therefore, in no way responsible

MENCHI, the other white meat
A reference to anime about a floppy white dog which keeps getting barbecued.

Stupid hamster!
A reference to Making Fiends

What do you get if you cross a tse-tse fly with a mountain climber? Undefined. A tse-tse fly is a vector and a mountain climber is a scalar.

I read the white dog slogan as "Mench!" the first time around. Bets on how fast someone asks for that version?

Multiple choice answer:

a) It's in Japanese. It must be good.
(which might make a good button, come to think of it)

b) It reminds them of what Mom always said to them.

c) They're also Doctor Who fans. Tom Baka, Colin Baka.

d) Dubya-noh-baka!
(which also might make a good button...)

If you've seen Excel Saga (the anime), the closing credits feature Menchi the dog singing about how she should be prepared as food. I actually think Menchi looks more like a longhaired cat.

How about a button with the Japanese character[s] for "gullible"?

Great idea, but, as you know, the word for "gullible" doesn't appear in any Japanese dictionary!

MENCHI, the other white meat

My monitor nearly wore my mouthful of chips over that one!

I have a strong feeling that you might be getting an order for a bunch of these from someplace in western North Carolina...hehehehehe

It is a reference to the anime and manga "Martan Successor Nadesico". Ruri Hoshino is the token sane person on the Nergal Heavy Industries High Mobile Battleship Nadesico. She often mutters "Baka" to herself as a commentary on the antics of the rest of the crew.

In fact, Excel keeps threatening to eat Menchi but never hurts her in any way.

I've written a filk, called "Emergency Food Supply," about Menchi.
